Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours after successful payment confirmation. Processing does not take place on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Order processing includes payment verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for dispatch. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping, delivery, and return or exchange timelines.

In the event that we anticipate a delay in processing your order beyond the standard 24-48 working hours, we will notify you at least one working day in advance.
This applies only to delays prior to dispatch and does not include delays caused after the order has been handed over to third-party courier partners.

Delivery Timelines & Costs

We offer free shipping on orders over INR 6,000 across India.
Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary based on factors such as the delivery address, time of order placement, and product availability. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout once your order is processed.

Please note that deliveries are carried out only on working days.
