Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you need to request a return, please review the details below carefully.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, it must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs will need to be borne by the customer.
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and free from any stains, odors, or damage.

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet our quality standards.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit only.
Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email us at support@2yards.in within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images and details of the issue.
Claims reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Damage After Wash

If the product shows damage during normal wash and care despite following the care instructions listed on our website within 15 days of delivery, please contact us at twoyardsofficial@gmail.com for assistance.

Cancellations

For cancellation requests, please reach out to us via the “Contact Us” page.

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been shipped. In such cases, you may choose between store credit or an alternative product.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

Important Notes

Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale are final and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange.
