1. What makes Two Yards different?
Two Yards is built around observation. We don’t really start with trends or follow “what’s selling”. We usually start with something small- everyday objects (safety pins, buttons, paper clips etc) that usually go unnoticed and then ask, “How far can this idea go?” That’s how our collections take shape.
2. What does “It’s Never a Dumb Idea” mean?
It’s pretty much how 2Y started. A lot of ideas feel random or slightly stupid at first. Instead of dropping them, we follow them. Sometimes that’s where the best work comes from.
3. Who is Two Yards for?
It’s not for everyone. Two Yards is for people who love the ‘styling’ in fashion. Who don’t need big logos to feel confident. If you care about how something fits, feels, is constructed and most importantly how it can be styled, not just how it photographs - you’re one of us.
4. What is Two Yards trying to build long-term?
We’re building a brand world, starting in Mumbai,India - where people can connect, share ideas, express themselves, and feel a part of something bigger than a drop or a checkout page.
The clothes are just the entry point.
Long term, it’s less about “how many pieces did we sell?”
and more about “what kind of culture are we building?”
Order & Payment
1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us through the “Contact Us” page as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Please note: Sale items and made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
2. Can I change or modify my order?
Order modifications are possible only before the order is processed or shipped. If you’d like to request a change, reach out to us immediately via the “Contact Us” page.
Once processing has begun or the order has been shipped, changes cannot be accommodated.
3. Which payment methods are available?
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure online payment options supported by our payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is available.
4. Can I use store credit or a gift card?
Yes, store credit can be used to place a new order. Simply apply it at checkout.
If you have a gift card, it can also be redeemed during checkout as per the instructions provided.
6. How can I get a refund on an order?
Refunds are processed only in the form of store credit and are applicable only in certain cases. For more detail read our Returns and Refund Policy.
7. How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Shipping & Delivery
1. What is the delivery timeline for my order?
Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
After dispatch, deliveries typically take 2–10 business days, depending on your location.
2. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping across India on orders above INR 5,000.
For orders valued below INR 5,000, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
3. Is express shipping available?
At the moment, express shipping is not available. All orders are shipped via standard delivery timelines.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment’s progress.
